Shipping Info

The last-mile delivery will be done through UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

All orders are shipped from different warehouses depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.

 What do I need to know about placing an order during the pandemic?

Our delivery times may be longer than usual. You can find updated delivery times on the Order Status page. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools, public buildings).

*COVID-19 Update: Due to the global pandemic, we are experiencing shipping delays to certain countries. Shipping times may be longer than usual, as specifically customs processing takes longer. 

We’re working hard to get your order shipped and delivered as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety for our team members. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Nothing to do on your part. We’re taking care of it.
